Our team possesses extensive practical experience in medical device distribution, product development, and innovation licensing. This enables Maxima Biotech to integrate Taiwan's supply chain and advantages, swiftly charting the course for the development of high-end medical equipment. He has been engaged in the medical device industry for more than 40 years. In 1990, he established a medical device channel to represent the products of international manufacturers. Through the stable operation of the channel and direct clinical information acquisition, Mr. Hong flexibly integrated precision manufacturing and regulatory quality systems. In 2004, he invested in Chang Guang Co., Ltd., specializing in the mass production of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgical consumables and instruments, and marketed them globally with its own brand "LAGIS". Chang Guang was listed on the Emerging Market in 2019. Currently, Europe accounts for 29% of its revenue, Japan 22%, South Korea 12%, China 5% and Taiwan 21%. The company's self-recorded revenue in the first three quarters of 2019 was NT$306 million, with a gross profit margin of 53.06%.

He trained seed talents for STB/RAISE of the Ministry of Science and Technology and implemented the Silicon Valley medical device innovation model at Yian Biomedicine. In 2018, the vascular suture device he invented was licensed to Terumo by Yian Biomedicine for a total of US$50 million. As a member of Yian Biomedicine's startup team, Dr. Tang has contributed to and accumulated various energies in R&D, project management, and corporate development at different stages of the company. He also used risk assessment and allocation strategies to allocate investment and exit at the appropriate stage, achieving a performance of up to 200 times.
